Meet the Founder

Hi, I’m Mindy.

I’m a wife, mother, registered dental hygienist, and the founder of Reset Ritual Provisions a woman-owned small business created to help overwhelmed women make space for rest, reflection, faith, and what matters most.

For nearly 15 years, I have worked closely with people in a healthcare setting. During that time, I began noticing how many women- especially those working in healthcare, education, caregiving, and other demanding roles- were carrying an incredible amount of responsibility while rarely giving themselves permission to pause.

I understood that feeling personally.

There was a season in my own life when anxiety became so intense that I experienced severe episodes of hyperventilation. I learned that restoration did not always require an elaborate retreat or a complete escape from everyday life. Sometimes it began with something much smaller: lighting a candle, pouring a warm drink, writing down what I was carrying, stepping away from distraction, sitting quietly, or reconnecting with God through prayer.

Those simple practices helped me return to myself. They became the foundation for Reset Ritual Provisions.

Why I Created Reset Ritual Provisions

I created this brand for the woman who takes care of everyone else but struggles to make room for herself.

She may be a teacher, healthcare professional, caregiver, mother, entrepreneur, or simply someone moving through a demanding season. She does not necessarily need another task, complicated routine, or unrealistic version of self-care. She needs a meaningful way to pause, one that feels comforting, accessible, and possible within her real life.

Reset Ritual Provisions brings thoughtfully chosen sensory elements together to help create that experience at home. Each detail is intended to support a transition from constant activity and mental overload into greater stillness, reflection, and restoration.

Our signature Reset Ritual Box is designed as a miniature wellness retreat. It combines an original miniature landscape painting, a wooden ritual cup, a beeswax candle with a handcrafted wooden base, premium coffee and tea sachets, a Stars and Honey collagen protein bar, an affirmation card, reflection tools, guided audio, and a digital ritual guide. Together, these carefully selected elements create more than a collection of products- they are a curated ritual sensory experience that is designed to invite our souls to slow down, nourish and reset with intention.

As Reset Ritual Provisions prepares for its first limited release, I’m listening closely to early customers and using their thoughtful feedback to refine every detail—from the ritual experience to the products inside.

This is not about producing more for the sake of more. It is about creating products with purpose and building a sustainable business around a genuine need.

The Vision

My vision is to grow Reset Ritual Provisions into a trusted destination for thoughtfully designed products that help women create moments of peace within ordinary life.

I want the woman opening one of our boxes or journals to feel that someone considered what she might be carrying. I want her to remember that rest does not need to be earned, that reflection is not wasted time, and that even a small ritual can change the direction of her day.

Reset Ritual Provisions represents the meeting point between my professional experience, my personal journey, my faith, and my entrepreneurial spirit. It is the business I felt called to create—and one I am committed to building with care, integrity, and intention.
