At Reset Ritual Provisions, we take great care in preparing and packaging each order. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase and will do our best to resolve any issues that may arise.

Returns

We accept returns of eligible, unused products within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition.

• The item must be returned in its original packaging.

• Proof of purchase is required.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Reset Ritual Provisions is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and quality reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Opened or used food products

• Opened tea or coffee products

• Opened protein bars

• Used candles

• Used wooden cups

• Products showing signs of use or damage after delivery

• Gift cards

• Clearance or final sale items

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process and post the refund.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before shipment.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process outlined above.
