Incorrect Shipping Information

Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier.

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located:

• Check with household members and neighbors.

• Verify the shipping address provided at checkout.

• Contact the shipping carrier directly.

Reset Ritual Provisions is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been marked as delivered by the carrier.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

• A description of the damage

• Clear photographs of the damaged product and packaging

We will review the claim and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund.

We reserve the right to limit or decline shipments to certain locations when necessary.
