Because many of our products are handcrafted or naturally sourced, slight variations may occur.


Are your products intended to treat stress, anxiety, or medical conditions?

No.

Our products are designed to support personal relaxation and self-care rituals but are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

Why do you use beeswax candles?

We chose beeswax candles because they are naturally derived, burn cleanly, and align with the intentional, simple experience we want each ritual to provide.


How should I use the wooden candle base?

Always place the base on a stable, heat-resistant surface and never leave a burning candle unattended.

For safety, discontinue use when the candle has burned approximately halfway down its original length or sooner if heat or wax approaches the wooden base.

Is the wooden cup dishwasher safe?

No.

To preserve the natural beauty and longevity of the wood, we recommend hand washing only and drying immediately after cleaning.


Do your products contain allergens?

For health and safety reasons, opened food products, beverages, candles, and used items may not be eligible for return.
