The Reset Ritual Box™ — Founder Edition

When I received my Reset Ritual kit, I was in the midst of a transitional time of the year with one child returning to high school, another heading off to college, and my own return to work as a teacher. This stress was compounded by a family member’s health issues impacting the tone of the home. However, I recognize the value in a full reset and the end of summer seems to always be a good time to re-establish new rituals to be the best and most intentional version of myself. Usually this includes cleanses and diets, but this time it is an intentional ritual for quieting my internal dialogue. After lighting the unscented candle in the wooden base, I placed the warm wooden mug in my hands. The mug provided a sense of warm grounding, as it has a nice weight and shape that nests within my palms perfectly. I started the routine as directed on the card and allowed myself the space to commit. Before settling in, I had all of the anxieties of work, family, and health surrounding me but I gave myself the opportunity to lean into this moment for an intentional reset. As I felt the warm mug in my hand and looked into the flame while listening to the track, I genuinely felt a shift in my nervous system and a quieting of my internal chatter. After blowing out the candle, I felt a clear change from how I felt prior to sitting down. I was able to return to my regularly scheduled “to-do” list with a better mind space, more collected thoughts, and a greater presence of myself that lasted throughout my morning.

What I loved most was how this box changed the pace of my evening. It made me slow down, put my phone away, and actually notice the moment I was in. There was something about moving through the ritual that helped create a clear transition out of the busyness of the day and into a quieter, more grounded space.

I especially loved how the individual pieces worked together to create that experience. Lighting the beeswax candle, holding the warm wooden cup and slowly drinking my tea, taking in the little landscape artwork, and reading the affirmation card gave me simple things to focus on instead of everything competing for my attention. I also really appreciated the guided meditation as an option to go a little deeper. None of it felt complicated or like something else I needed to accomplish — it felt sensory, calming, and very easy to settle into.

As an RN and DNP whose work has included developing integrative medicine and wellness programs, I spend a lot of time thinking about the small practices that can support well-being in everyday life. What I appreciated about this experience was how naturally it brought those ideas together. It created an invitation to pause, engage the senses, and become more present without requiring a complicated routine or a lot of time.

By the end, I felt noticeably calmer and more grounded. The experience was simple, beautiful, and restorative — like a small reset for both my nervous system and my mind.

I loveee it!!! Finding a balance and making time for myself has been so hard but the Reset Ritual box has been an absolute game changer. You can tell right away the package was packed with so much love and intention. It’s been a beautiful reminder to slow down, block out all the outside noise for a few minutes and pour back into myself too and i’ve been able to do so with this 🙏🏼

Received my first Ritual, and I have to say I'm very much impressed! Mindy has given this beautiful kit so much thought into it, and it really shows. As a full time employee, plus full time mother when I get home.. I am bound to always be on the go. Never putting to much thought into my daily routine that can feel repetitive at times. I was so happy to receive my reset ritual box, and it didn’t disappointment. The box contains high quality items and I especially love the wooden candle holder, as well as the candle made of beeswax. The beautiful wooden cup with your warm tea to drink is a nice way to help create a positive new ritual! I can tell a lot went into this developing this kit. I feel like this is the beginning of helping to find a balance and incorporating peace and tranquility into my life.
